Our Principal : Mohd Iqbal Abdul Hakim (E2754)

Mr Mohd Iqbal is a Registered Estate Agent with BOVAEAPM. He has been practising as property agent since 2008. He has about 13 years of experiences in property industry handling all sort of property transactions - sell, buy, rent, invest, new development, auction and property trainings. 

He is also a Certified Financial Planner and Islamic Financial Planner registered with Financial Planning Association of Malaysia (FPAM) . He graduated with a degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and Master of Science in Engineering Management from Universiti Putra Malaysia. He also hold Certificate in Estate Agency from INSPEN. 

He was a lecturer at Islamic Banking and Finance Institute Malaysia (IBFIM), UNIRAZAK and PNB Institute, and he was a Certified Speaker with Agensi Kaunseling dan Pengurusan Kredit (AKPK 2008-2012), a subsidiary company of Bank Negara Malaysia. 

He has more than 18 years experience in the area of personal financial planning, personal investment planning, unit trust investment, life and general takaful/insurance, will writing and estate planning, and property sales & marketing (buy, sell, rent, invest). Mr Mohd Iqbal has vast experience in conducting many property & financial planning talks, trainings and seminars locally.
